Registration
Online - at Active.com until Sunday May 10, 2009 at midnight - Click the "Register Online" button below. After 5/13, you must take your chances at Late Registration.
Mail/Fax - Print Entry Form (pdf) Print and mail or fax according to the directions on the form. Entries must be received no later than Monday May 11 after which they will be moved to late registration and subject to an EXPO late fee, if numbers are still available when you show up.
Packet Pick-up & Check-in For Pre-Registered Competitors
MANDATORY!
Encinitas Sports & Fitness Expo at Moonlight Beach Parking Lot, Saturday, May 16th from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
All registered participants must pick up race materials (race bib, helmet and bike number, swim cap, timing chip, t-shirt & goody bag), check-in and sign the waiver on at the registration tent at the EXPO.
The only exception to Saturday Packet Pick-up is VIP Packet Pick-up - see below.
Late Registration
If there are remaining spots, Late Registration will be available on Saturday May 16th at the Registration tent at the EXPO at Moonlight Beach, . There is no guarantee of correct sizing for shirts. There is a $20.00 late registration fee added to the basic fee for EXPO Late registration. Check the Active.com registration web site or contact us after May 11 to see if spots are remaining.
VIP Packet Pick-up & Check-in
Avoid Saturday Packet Pick-up & Check-in. For a $30.00 service fee, all race materials will be at the VIP check-in tent at the EXPO north of the Transition Area from 5:00am - 6:30am on Sunday May 17. There is also a reserved VIP bike rack in transition.

Refunds & Transfers
Requests for Refunds and Transfer (to 2010 event) received by April 11 will be honored but subject to a $10.00 administrative fee. From April 12 to Monday May 11 there is a $25.00 fee. After May 11, there are no transfers or refunds.
