Packet Pick-up & Check-in For Pre-Registered Competitors

• MANDATORY! At the EXPO, Saturday May 15, Moonlight Beach Parking Lot between 10:00am & 4:00pm, UNLESS YOU CHOOSE VIP ENTRY.
• Family and friends are not permitted to pick-up racing packets for participants.
• Relay Teams A single team member is permitted to pick up their relay team's racing packet at the expo, as long as that team representative brings all absent members completed and signed racing waiver(s). Teams will not be allowed to pick up their racing packet without providing each members' signed Racing Waivers, and applicable USAT License/Waiver sheets.
• Download and print Waivers. Avoid the extra line on Saturday and bring your completed racing waiver(s) to the expo.
  • Racing Waiver (all athlete)
    ALL PARTICIPANTS of the Encinitas Sports Festival must read and sign this waiver to be eligible to compete in any event. All participants under the age of 18, must have a parent or legal guardian sign their racing waiver.
  • USAT One Day License Application & Waiver:
    This waiver must be signed by ALL PARTICIPANTS WHO DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT USAT MEMBERSHIP. This waiver will be collected at the expo packet pick-up along with the 10.00 1-Day License Fee.
  • USAT Youth Waiver Application
    For All participants under the age of 18, who require a 1-Day USAT license, which must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

The only exception to Saturday Packet Pick-up is VIP Packet Pick-up - see below.

VIP Packet Pick-up & Check-in

Avoid Saturday Packet Pick-up & Check-in. For a $30.00 service fee, all race materials will be at the VIP check-in tent at the EXPO north of the Transition Area from 5:00am - 6:30am on Sunday May 16^th. There is also a reserved VIP bike rack in transition.

Refunds & Transfers Policy

Please send all requests to info@encinitasrace.com

Transfers:

• Transfers from the current event to following year's event are permitted.
• Requests submitted before April 16th are subject to a 10.00 administrative fee.
• Requests submitted after April 17th are subject to a 25.00 administrative fee.
• Applicable administrative fee will be charged at the registration table of following years race.

Refunds:

• Refunds for current event registration are permitted.
• Requests submitted before April 16th are subject to a 10.00 administrative fee.
• Requests submitted after April 17th are subject to a 25.00 administrative fee.
• Checks will be issued within 7 business day, and mailed to listed billing address, unless refundee requests otherwise.

After May 11th requests for refunds and transfers will NOT be accepted.
